Job Title: Warehouse ManagerOverviewThe Warehouse Manager at AMS Events is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient setup and teardown of audio-visual equipment for events, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team, manage inventory levels, and ensure that all equipment is ready and in excellent condition for each production.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring all equipment and supplies are accurately tracked and maintained.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the timely delivery and pickup of equipment to and from event venues.Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, tested, and ready for use before events.Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols within the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse space, including proper storage of all equipment and materials.Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of equipment and supplies, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high standards for events.Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, equipment status, and team performance for management review.RequirementsA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the audio-visual production industry.Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and production processes is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.BenefitsMedical, vision, dental, and life insurance.401(k) options.Paid vacation.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
