This role offers a unique opportunity to assist clients with a range of administrative and support services, acting as a dedicated point of contact. You may find yourself taking on responsibilities similar to those of an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to clients in the music and entertainment industry.
Manage social media platforms and help with content creation.
Oversee schedules and calendars, book engagements, and arrange travel.
Handle inbound/outbound marketing, expense tracking, and bill payments.
Assist with website management, blog support, and other online tasks.
Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
Multi-task efficiently while maintaining a strong work ethic.
Core Skills:

Experience or strong knowledge of the music, entertainment, or related industries.
Exceptional administrative and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in social media management, scheduling, and content creation.
Familiarity with both Windows and Mac platforms.
Ability to manage various marketing tasks, including web design, email marketing, and forum management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree or some college education.
Specialized skills in marketing, web design, and IT support.
Experience with WordPress, SquareSpace, and similar platforms.
Working Conditions:

A distraction-free workspace with a door is ideal.
Arrangements for uninterrupted focus may be needed, such as babysitting services.
