• Create a unique and personalized experience for Tracy’s guests by delivering exceptional service from the moment they enter to the time they leave
• Prepare food and beverage orders to meet our high-quality standards
• Maintain an impeccably clean and organized area
• Smile! Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for each and every guest
• Work independently with limited direct supervision
• Be self-motivated by a strong sense of responsibility to complete work quickly and correctly
• Connect with people quickly in an outgoing and friendly manner
• Uphold standards of excellence
