Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

who is a strategic project-management professional, you will oversee and manage internal as well as client facing projects for the Decisions Customer Success and Product Engineering organizations. As a self-starter and team-player, you will have a strong talent for project coordination, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and delegation. The ideal candidate will have a sharp, analytical mind, superb communication skills, and proven ability to execute strategic initiatives in a scaling organization.

Key Objectives

Objective 1: Plan, manage, and facilitate Decisions Project delivery.

Chart and maintain a project plan, identifying and assigning project tasks. Manage a cross functional team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully. Assist in high level process design/Interface design. Work to coordinate internal reviews and refinement of requirements. Work with team members to remove impediments to delivery, including but not limited to identifying, then eliminating or mitigating risks to delivery. Ensure quality control for all project deliverables and activities. Provide tactical support to teams by removing obstacles and ensuring that resources are effectively allocated. Objective 2: Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Engineering, IT Ops, and Decisions Executive leadership

Coordinate with Department leadership to gain access to resources needed for project completion. Plan appropriate internal communication methods, providing ongoing status updates, including health status, risks, schedule, staffing needs, etc. Oversee and effectively communicate project needs ensuring alignment on expectations with delivery, timeline, and budget. Effectively communicate internal and external blockers related to projects to relevant departments within Decisions. Specialized Experience

Minimum requirements

Relevant Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, PSPO or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2 years technical project management experience Demonstrated application of and proven success with different project management methodologies and frameworks, management tools, analysis, and research, preferably in SCRUM Experience with creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, problem solving, conflict resolution, managing resources in a matrix environment, communicating and influencing effectively at all organizational levels Experience coaching project team members Preferred requirements

Prior experience in the healthcare and/or financial services industries At least 1 year experience within an agile SDLC environment Experience with PaaS/SaaS, cloud and on-prem infrastructure Project Management certification (PMP) a plus
