Position Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) delivers speech therapy to patients based on physician referrals, adhering to relevant laws and standards.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• Master's degree in speech therapy from an accredited program.
• ASHA certified or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Active state license in good standing.
• Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.
• CPR certification required upon hire.

Specific Job Requirements:

• Engage in community health projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Collaborate with patients and families for care planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.

Essential Functions:

• Set and modify patient goals.
• Chart and utilize therapy software accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service.
