We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our engineering team in our Boston office.

As a Salesforce Administrator / Developer with us, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Implement and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, ensuring that systems are scalable and future-proof
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design workflows and processes that enhance efficiency and improve user experiences
  • Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other Salesforce setup options to ensure data integrity and access controls are maintained at all times
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Workflow, Flow, and Apex Triggers to minimize manual entry and increase productivity
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the platform
  • Handle the full lifecycle of software development, from gathering requirements to deployment and continuous improvement
  • Building customizing Salesforce reports and dashboards for different business needs. Enhance our Salesforce security models, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and permission sets, to ensure data security and user access controls

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator; additional certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development within a complex organizational setting
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Proficiency in configuring Salesforce, including but not limited to setup of users, roles, profiles, page layouts, workflow rules, process builder, and validation rules. (Master Detail, Look up); debug flow (troubleshoot)
  • Bulk upload, has a good understanding of data import wizard, data loader, Workbench and when to use which and their limitations
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technical details to a non-technical audience.
