Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment, ensuring it aligns with business needs and enhances user productivity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, and user support. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to maintain system efficiency, implement best practices, and support business processes. Key Responsibilities: Administer and configure Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and custom fields. Manage data integrity through data cleansing, deduplication, imports, and exports using tools like Data Loader. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement solutions. Automate business processes using Salesforce Flow and other automation tools. Manage integrations with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security compliance. Provide training and support to end users, enhancing adoption and proficiency. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices. Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and system changes. Required Qualifications: 2-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is required; Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is a plus. Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration , including reports, dashboards, process automation, and security settings. Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.).
