We are GROWING and looking for a manager to support the region in Denver, Colorado. The job of Clinical Liaison was established for the purpose/s of to assist with orientation, education, and support in the areas of clinical operations of the region assigned and to be the designated liaison with facilities in the market.

This job reports to the Area Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service to client facilities/pharmacies and help to develop and maintain these relationships to promote customer satisfaction, retention, and new growth
• Under the direction of the ADO, help to ensure coverage for the assigned Market(s) that provides the appropriate level of services to client facilities
• Provide orientation, training, and complete competencies for new hires and current employees
• Provide all components of service as outlined in the Vascular Access Specialist/RN job description
• Offer clinical support to peers and other regions to ensure timely response to questions
• Assist ADO with policy and procedure implementation and changes
• Coordinate facility floor stock as needed and keep facility-specific instructions up to date
• Represents Company positively and professionally, both in the workplace and in the community
• Participates in supervision/educational activities to enhance professional and job-related skills
• Assumes other appropriate duties as assigned

Competencies

• Registered Nurse with current, valid RN licensure.
• Board Certified by Association of Vascular Access (VA-BC), or must be obtained within 18 months of hire
• Must demonstrate competency in PICC line, Midline, all aspects of peripheral IV insertions, port access, troubleshooting, and any other area related to vascular access specialty
• Must maintain current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Background screening is required, including but not limited to: criminal background, drug test, reference check, sex offender database check, OIG check
• Documentation of immunizations: TB/PPD, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Influenza or titers; others as required by client facilities
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
• Current professional liability insurance, minimum coverage $1,000,000/$6,000,000
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and available by phone for emergent situations
