In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you'll greet guests upon arrival with enthusiasm and help create fun-filled memories right from the start. Your responsibilities include directing guests to appropriate parking areas, managing traffic flow in and out of parking lots, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all parking operations. Working closely with team members, you'll demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle high-pressure situations and deliver outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide parking instruction/ guidance/ assistance to guests upon their arrival and/or exit. Monitor the flow of traffic
- Direct guests to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary
- Allow or disallow access into the parking structures and lots by lifting, positioning, and removing cones/signs in order to open, redirect or close parking areas
- Report maintenance issues that surface and follows up to ensure appropriate action is taken immediately
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols.
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions.
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Demands: - Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance
- The noise level is generally moderate to high
- Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors
Schedule: - Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: - $19 per hour (After 1,000 hours worked, pay increases to $23/hr)
