Seeking Salesforce Consultant (Sales Cloud & Pardot) - Part-Time Contract Hourly Rate: Starting at $75.00 per hour (W-2), with potential increases based on expertise and value delivered.
Overview We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Consultant with expertise in
Pardot and Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement) to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance business growth and efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities - Design and implement customized Salesforce and Pardot solutions
- Analyze client business needs and recommend best practices
- Develop project plans and manage stakeholder relationships
- Configure Sales Cloud and Pardot , including integrations and automation
- Create and maintain documentation for implementations
- Provide training and ongoing support for end users
- Stay updated on Salesforce and Pardot best practices and new features
- Perform daily production work such as email development, scheduling, and landing page creation
Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Pardot Specialist Certification
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation processes
- Excellent communication and client consulting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Pardot Consultant Certification
- Experience with SEO/SEM strategies
- Knowledge of MQL/SQL for data manipulation
- Familiarity with other B2BMA platforms
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud (a strong bonus)
Availability - Must be available during regular EST business hours for client meetings and urgent requests
- Work can be completed outside of those hours as long as deadlines are met
We're looking for a consultant who can confidently lead client discussions, set up and optimize Pardot, manage integrations, configure scoring and automation, and troubleshoot technical issues.
