**Base pay range**

$55,000.00/yr - $89,000.00/yr

Back to the point: you. We are seeking an operations analyst or senior analyst (depending on experience) to oversee inventory management, transportation and reporting. Responsibilities will include our OTIF rates to distributors and retailers and forecast accuracy and bias in our S&OP.

We need the right partner who gets excited by growing brands, and has a demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations with limited resources and execute speed, tenacity and agility. Our ideal candidate will also have a passion for food, and classical training and/or growth brand experience.

**Responsibilities**

* Ownership of the S&OP for given areas of responsibility

* Accountability for demand planning forecast, accuracy and bias

* Accountability for DC-level inventory positions and order generation to maintain them

* Accountability for inventory positions and adequate production and procurement plans at our plant and warehouse

* Coordination of transportation with our plant and 3PL network to maximize efficiency and reduce costs as we expand into new retailers and distributors

* Reporting of shipment trends and with insights into gross sales and velocity vs. forecasts

* Accountability for area of responsibilitys OTIF rates inbound to distributors and outbound to our retailer partners, including by proactively managing third-party performance and inventory positions

* Actively contribute to developing Deep Indian Kitchen team culture

**Requirements**

* BA/BS required

* 2-5 years or equivalent experience in CPG operations, preferably with emerging brand experience

* Experience motivating cross-functional teams and external partners

* Strong forecasting and analytical ability, including aptitude with the Microsoft Office suite, SPINS/IRI and distributor data

* Strong forecasting and analytical ability

* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

* Located in our Union, NJ (metro NYC) headquarters 3 days a week, with remote working 2 days

* Reports into our Demand Planning Manager

* Travel no more than 5%
