We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Office Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our marketing efforts. This role will help ensure smooth office operations, greet customers, assist with client follow-ups, and contribute to both brands' graphic design, presentations, and social media content.

What You'll Do:

• Be the First Point of Contact: Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
• Customer Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and nurture client relationships.
• Support Marketing Efforts: Assist with graphic design tasks such as creating brochures, presentations, and social media content that align with both brands' images.
• Office Organization: Ensure the office and client-facing spaces are clean, organized, and ready for meetings.
• Social Media Assistance: Help with content creation and scheduling for social media platforms to promote our projects and engage with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, clients, and visitors and ensure they are comfortable during their visit.
• Handle follow-up calls and client communications, schedule meetings, and provide timely updates.
• Assist with designing marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Help manage social media content and maintain an active, engaging presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Perform general office duties like filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
• Ensure that all client-facing materials, whether digital or physical, reflect the professionalism and quality of both brands.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in office coordination or administrative roles (preferably in a home services or construction-related industry).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Some knowledge of social media content creation and engagement.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
