Job Description
We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible, organized, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• File and manage documentation in an organized and efficient manner.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Prepare proposals, bids for new projects, and follow up on submissions.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Assist with general office management tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with government grant applications or related documentation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
