The Graphic Designer at Spy Ninjas HQ is the creative expert whose job focuses primarily on creating a cohesive and recognizable brand and visual identity for the company. The graphic designer will work at a growing company with diverse marketing, promotional, and communication needs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Large format printing.
• Create flyers.
• Create ads.
• Create window graphics
• Video editing
• Social media formatting
• Manage timelines from development through production.
• Work on a range of features and platforms from ideation to launching and maintaining assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Create and manage highly engaging complex content for a diverse array of media, including large and small format print, smartphones, tablets, and the web.
• Prepare conceptual layout for media content.
• Keep abreast of advancements in graphics as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design, and popular trends to deliver cutting edge work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Success:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• A keen eye for designs and trends related to the company brand.
• Excellent collaboration skills; capable of crafting win-win creative design.
• Must have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to succinctly communicate vertically and in writing and provide clear direction and updates.
• Strong understanding of branding.
