Position: Mental Health / Detox Counselor

Location : Colorado Springs, Colorado

Work Environment: Medical Detox/ Residential Treatment Center Facility

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule : Sunday-Thursday

Compensation: $60,000 - $73,000 Annual Salary + $8,000 Employment Bonus!

In The Role You Will:

1.) Run Detox groups daily 3 hours total each day, split between 9am-10:30am; 1:30pm-3:30pm

2) Check in with detox clients daily for 15 mins to ask about support needs

3) Complete BPS's as needed

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Licensed clinician with one of the following credentials: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or MFTC
  • All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment
  • Experience in SUD treatment and/or detox settings
  • Crisis management and verbal de-escalation skills
