About Us: A Food Manufacturer who is a leader in the industry is looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Manager/Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate/procure with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and train logistics staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to logistics operations.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics and supply chain activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems (e.g., CIN7 Core).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
