Job Description

Accufile, the market leader in strategic on-site and virtual information and research management solutions, is seeking a part-time Law Library Assistant to maintain their law firm clients small print collection. Candidates must be willing to work in law offices in and around Boston.

Core responsibilities:

• Maintain title and item records in the integrated library system
• Open and process all incoming mail and enter into the integrated library system
• Process, track and reconcile invoices
• Maintain small print library collection under the guidance of the firm's remote law librarian
• Communicate with publishers regarding library accounts
• Maintain digital information resources credentials for legal professionals
• File loose leaf updates and pocket parts
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

• Associates level degree or higher preferred
• Experience using an integrated library system preferred
• Strong proficiency in all MS Office products a must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes of procedures and routines
