Landscaping Crew Lead – $20–$25/hr | Haven Home Services
Location: Dallas, PA
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
We're currently seeking an experienced Landscaping Crew Lead to take charge of daily operations and help mentor our field team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a landscaping crew of 2–5 team members on residential and commercial jobs
Oversee all aspects of daily work to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality
Operate and train others on standard landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Drive and manage truck and trailer transport to and from job sites
Set the pace and tone on job sites, promoting a positive and productive work environment
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Communicate clearly with clients and management as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or foreman-type landscaping role
Proficient with all basic landscaping tools and machinery
Valid driver’s license with experience handling truck and trailer
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and motivate your crew
Reliable, professional, and accountable
Bonus Qualifications:
Possession of a current PA Applicator’s License (or willingness to obtain)
