Exciting Opportunity at Wesley LLC: Director of Application Services Position: Director of Application Services Type: Full Time Location: Onsite at Franklin, TN Headquarters About the Role: Step into a high-impact role at Wesley LLC, reporting directly to the CIO, and drive the technological backbone of our dynamic and rapidly growing company As the Director of Application Services, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping and managing our tech ecosystem, from Salesforce to Dialpad, to our Apple MacOS infrastructure. In this role, you'll be at the heart of transforming and scaling our application services to meet the evolving needs of our multi-faceted ownership group. You’ll lead initiatives that are essential to driving strategic growth, guiding our technical operations, and delivering innovation. Key Responsibilities: Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with the CIO and executive leadership to align tech solutions with business strategies. You'll anticipate the direction of each area of our business, provide actionable recommendations, and steer critical technology operations. Drive Application Excellence: Lead the IT charge in providing seamless application services, including Salesforce, Dialpad, Google Workspace, and MacOS. Collaborate with our help desk, admin teams, and cross-functional colleagues to deliver top-tier solutions. Forge Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strategic connections with key stakeholders across IT and business teams to ensure a smooth, unified approach to technology implementation. Shape the Future of Our Tech Roadmap: Partner with product owners to create and execute on a roadmap that delivers impactful outcomes, meeting the evolving needs of the business. Policy and Problem-Solving Leadership: Make policy recommendations that align with our strategic goals. Identify and proactively resolve potential challenges in IT and application services delivery. Promote Standardization and Best Practices: Champion the standardization and optimized utilization of systems while balancing unique business needs, all in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: MacOS and Apple Ecosystem Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Apple and MacOS systems across an organization. Salesforce and Dialpad Expertise: Extensive experience managing these platforms, along with expertise in system integrations. Leadership in Technology: Proven experience guiding developers and system engineers in cloud-based, office, and remote environments. High-Volume Call Center Insight: Solid understanding of call center operations, metrics, call cadences, and sales environments. Educational Background: CIS or MIS degree preferred, or equivalent real-world experience. Leadership Experience: At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience with HR responsibilities, including successfully managing and growing teams. Why Wesley LLC?
