Description Basic Function: The IT Director is responsible for the implementation and upkeep of the technology infrastructure, security, computer systems, and the overall management of the security, infrastructure, and support staff.
Responsibilities: •Oversee company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
•Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems to support business operations.
•Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
•Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the company's data and systems.
•Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
•Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
•Make sure disaster recovery measures are in place on all necessary equipment and systems.
•Audit systems and assess their value and effectiveness; Identify technical challenges and implement strategic solutions.
•Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
•Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business goals.
•Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.
•Lead efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with Cybersecurity standards (NIST, CMMC).
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness for audits.
•Develop and execute IT strategies that support the company's growth and innovation objectives.
•Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
•Work autonomously while ensuring Chief Information Officer expectations are readily met and exceeded.
•Manage and mentor IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and ensuring they meet performance expectations.
•Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment with a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
•Travel as required by business needs.

Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance.
•Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
•Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
