JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Intake Specialist who is seeking their next exciting opportunity in a complex and ever-evolving work environment! In this role, you will utilize your exceptional customer service and phone skills to assist patients, physicians offices and referral sources with home respiratory equipment questions and orders. You will support billing personnel, providing documents needed for reimbursement.
We are on the hunt for someone authentic who enjoys working with a fun, creative and diverse group of people. If you are passionate about customer service and patient care and take the initiative to dive right in and help out where needed, we would like to talk to you!
