Job DescriptionAs the Lead Housekeeper, you will oversee our housekeeping team to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. You will lead by example, provide direction and mentorship to team members, and ensure that all housekeeping duties meet our high standards. Your leadership will help create a positive environment where both residents and staff thrive. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the community.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Train and mentor housekeeping team members, providing guidance on best practices.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Address resident concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain an efficient and safe living environment for residents.
• Cleaning common areas and apartments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably within a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and infection control practices.
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Flexible schedule needed to ensure staffing needs are met, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card is required or the ability to obtain one.
