HVAC Maintenance Technician
Candidates MUST have:
* Experience turning apartments
* Renovation experience a huge plus
Have experience in:
*Carpentry
*Electrical
*Painting
*Plumbing
*Appliance Repair
*Punch out listswork orders
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
ongoing opportunity
Pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
Job Requirements
* Must have EXPERIENCE in the apartment industry
*Must be able to pass a National CRIMINAL background investigation
*Pass our skill assessments on General Maintenance and Safety
*Have your OWN TRANSPORTATION and it must be RELIABLE
*Have steady work history and excellent references
*MUST BE WILLING TO START AT TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS

Job Requirements

Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
Have your Own Reliable Transportation
Be willing to work a temporary assignment

I lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area in California for more than 20 years, and then moved with my family to the wonderful Music City of Nashville, where we lived for seven years, before coming to Orlando to work for HH Staffing. I have a BS in agronomy from Fresno State University in California. I developed a passion for human resources while working in the food industry helping in the HR department. I made my full transition into the staffing industry in 1995.


I enjoy riding bicycles, learning yoga, reading self-improvement books and spending time with family and friends.
