This is an opportunity to join our team in the exciting and rewarding field of fitness equipment sales. We are a 27 year old company and leader in the Phildelphia area and exclusive provider of quality fitness equipment from the best brands in fitness such as Life Fitness. We sell to homeowners and commercial b2b customers.

This is a store based retail sales opportunity that has potential to grow to a store management role or outside sales.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• F/T or P/T position will be considered if you are available weekends
• Provide excellent customer service
• Desire and ability to learn and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the equipment
• Keep sales floor and merchandise clean, organized and stocked
• Keep warehouse and inventory safe, clean and organized
• Properly complete transfers, receive orders, and follow all store procedures
• Ability to meet all customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with miscellaneous duties including ordering, inventory, shipping and receiving
• Additional warehouse responsibilities may involve some moving, assembly and cleaning of equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Working knowledge of computers for POS and Google Suite
• Availability to work most weekends required

• Ability and willingness to self study to learn products
• Interest in fitness equip and the industry
• Customer service focused
• Some experience in retail sales and/or the fitness industry desired
• Confidence and ability to effectively present and demonstrate to customers
• Ability to work independently and as a team
