Having recognized the advantages of remote work, such as improved employee morale, increased productivity, and positive impacts on both employee wellbeing and the environment, we are proud to be a digital-first company. Our digital-first work environment, combined with our conveniently located offices and collaborative workspaces, provides our team with the freedom and flexibility to work in the most productive way for them.

About Us

Tecsys is a fast-growing innovator offering supply chain solutions to industry leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and pharmacy businesses to distributors, retailers, and 3PLs. We work with industry leaders to transform their supply chains through technology. If you thrive on tackling interesting challenges with continuous learning opportunities, then Tecsys could be a good fit for you!

About the Role

Tecsys is seeking a dedicated leader to manage a portfolio of strategic partners in the Distribution, Healthcare, and Retail industries. As Director of Global Alliances, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Tecsys' supply chain software suite among partners and customers in these markets.

You will recruit and support partners, build strong C-level and field relationships, and execute global joint go-to-market (GTM) plans. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth and market adoption of Tecsys solutions by fostering and expanding business and technical relationships.

The ideal candidate has a diverse business background that enables C-level engagement, sales experience to manage joint GTM efforts, and the ability to interact with enterprise customers and sales executives. We value strategic thinkers with technical acumen and familiarity with supply chain solutions.

Please note that this role requires that you are able and willing to travel at least 25% of the time.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Partner Development:

  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with partners in the healthcare supply chain, clinical, or medical devices sectors.
  • Foster C-level and field relationships with partners and Tecsys sales teams.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, detailing GTM strategies and shared objectives.
  • Drive partner sales revenue through regular pipeline reviews and business assessments.

Program and Initiative Management:

  • Lead programs and initiatives including demand generation, account mapping, enablement activities, and business reporting.
  • Coordinate efforts across internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of plans.

Partner Engagement:

  • Engage partner field sales organizations and their customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Tecsys.
  • Advocate for partner value propositions within Tecsys and externally to customers.

Enablement and Training:

  • Enhance partner solutions through ongoing internal enablement, training, and GTM strategies.
  • Position Tecsys as the preferred supply chain solution partner.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure partner adherence to program rules and policies.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to Tecsys and senior partner leaders.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in partner development or alliances management in the software/tech industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a successful partner ecosystem.
  • Strong technical and analytical acumen, with the ability to leverage data insights.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain technologies (e.g., Warehouse Management, Order Management).
  • Established relationships with potential supply chain partners.
  • Superior cross-group collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute programs and projects with limited resources when necessary.
  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry would be a plus

We understand that experience comes in many forms and that careers are not always linear. If you don't meet every requirement in this posting, we still encourage you to apply.

At Tecsys, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. We believe that diversity drives innovation and strengthens our ability to deliver exceptional solutions. We welcome and encourage applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to join our team.

Tecsys is an equal opportunity employer. Accommodation is available for applicants selected for an interview.
