Material Handler to work at our facility in Springfield, MO. Ideal candidates must be motivated to work in a team-orientated, fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications : - Basic math, reading, and communication
- Ability to adjust to temperature changes (lower 40s to upper 90s); can be in hot/humid or cool environment depending on assigned job tasks
- Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

Work Schedule: We are a 24/7 facility offering both 8-hour and 10-hour shifts as well as 12-hour rotating shifts. Work schedule is dependent on position.

Responsibilities & Duties: Job Responsibilities: •Records kept as required on manual, computer, and other systems. - Scanning accuracy to/from Distribution.
•Relieves other personnel as needed. •Reports and/or corrects unsafe acts or conditions in a timely manner. •Performs other duties as assigned by Team Leader. •Must be PIV Certifiable. •Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in MES applications. •Back-up & relief support for Receiving Office, MOTC, Cheese Dock, CSR, Shock Watch duties, Order Pull, KPIP, Line Pulls, Palletizer Operations, Sanitation duties for DC positions to support 7-day operation as required by DC Leadership. •Need to be capable of performing all hourly DC positions, including but not limited to upgrade positions. - Accountable for the Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards to ensure compliance as it is outlined in our policies/procedures and processes.
- Understand and apply KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) practices such as 5S, centerline management, shift hand-offs, operational standard ownership/support, problem solving, etc.
Minimum Requirements: •Knowledge: Basic math, reading, and communication. •Working Environment: Primarily indoor; in a cooler where temperature is near 36-40 degrees; dock area is cold to hot depending on the season. Qualifications: - Able to acquire all PIV licenses. 3-Wheel, 4-Wheel, 4-Wheel High, High-Reach Side-Winder, Hand Jack, Walkie Rider, Clamp Truck, Slip-Sheeter; along with additional equipment acquired at our facility meant for Distribution use.
- Must be able to accurately perform systems such as; Matrics, SAP, MS Office, Vision Pro; along with additional systems which may be acquired for our facility.
- Must be certified in material handling (battery changing as needed).
Physical Requirements: - Performs bending, squatting, kneeling, sorting, ascending, and descending. Must be capable of moving up to 50 pounds and/or +50 pounds with help
- Holds and grips object; must possess manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment and disassemble and reassemble equipment

- A variety of cheese products (Sliced/Chunk/Shred), and pasta Mac & Cheese meals are produced at this location.
