The Customer Support Live Chat Representative will handle customers' accounts through online chats and emails. This position will be the initial contact of our customers to help answer questions coming in, educate them about the Balance of Nature products during the hours our offices are closed. **Multiple shifts are available between the hours of 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.**

This training experience provides the tools necessary to become successful each and every day. While at the same time, making a lasting impact in the lives of our customers. The schedule for training is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM at our offices in St. George, Utah.**
After the completion of training and a minimum of one-month working in-office, this position will work remotely.
**Technical Skills Required:**
* Must be able to type over 60 WPM with over 90% accuracy
* Excellent computer skills
* Proficient in Google Applications
* Ability to learn new programs quickly

**Pay:** Starting at $15.00 per hour.
