Job Description
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their growing and collaborative team. The Creative Project Manager has a background in advertising or marketing with 4+ years of experience managing all aspects of 360 marketing campaigns as well as digital, social media and print campaigns, developing and tracking timelines and project costs and works cross-functionally with creative teams and marketing departments. The Creative Project Manager is skilled Workfront and has a background stemming from agencies or in-house marketing departments. Please note, this position is a long term contract position that is 40-hours a week, hybrid 4-days a week in their Miami office, remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:- Plan and manage 360 campaigns as well as print, digital, social and marketing projects.
- Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed.
- Ensure projects are meeting designated timelines and team members are on track to hit target dates.
- Track projects in Workfront.
- Hold status meetings.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders.
- Be solution-oriented in finding new and better to improve workflow and collaboration with partner teams.
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of creative project management experience stemming from an advertising agency or in-house creative or marketing department.
- Experienced in managing 360 and or integrated campaigns.
- Excellent cross functional communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing timelines, schedules, and project costs.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field (such as Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Etc.).
- Available to work 4 days onsite in Miami, remote on Fridays.
