About the role: Inizio Evoke is seeking a Copy Supervisor to join the team. The Copy Supervisor (CS) is important in helping craft a comprehensive healthcare professional copy platforms for assigned accounts. You will not only execute the copy for certain projects, but you will mentor and supervise more junior writers and act as a master brand product information specialist. CS reports to the Creative Director (CD). This role can be fully remote or hybrid.
What you'll do: - Demonstrate high level of professional expertise and superior writing skills
- Bring originality and innovative thinking while also being consistent with the brand messaging
- Possess awareness and familiarity with medical and scientific information that pertains to assigned brands
- Understand how to research and source credible information, and use it to craft copy that delivers on strategy
- Work closely with medical, strategy, and behavioral counterparts to ensure quality and rigor in the work
- Present to the client along with art partner, and workshop revisions in client reviews
- Ensure that all work you deliver or oversee is strategic, thoughtful, accurate, and creatively compelling
- Partner with assigned art partner to develop impactful creative concepts
- Present and speak to the meaning behind concepts
- Set priorities while handling multiple projects and to delegate work appropriately
- Review and give feedback on the work of more junior writers
- Mentor more junior writers and work with them to further develop their skillset
- Establish thorough knowledge of client's business
- Contribute to new business activities
- Support planning and strategy in the development of creative or project briefs
- Support in the evolution of brand personality and positioning
What you'll bring: - 5+ years' experience in advertising/marketing, pharma experience required
- Experience writing for HCPs
- Ability to write clear, cohesive, scientific copy for multiple channels (print, digital, broadcast)
- Ability to unravel complex data to create a clear and compelling narrative
- Clear presentation skills with an education edge
- Ability to oversee others executing multiple projects and independently manage complex projects assigned
- Decisive problem-solving skills with advanced listening and coping skills to remain clear-headed
- Understanding of how to use and apply medical references and validate with Medical Editor partner ahead of MLR submissions
- Strong cross-functional partnership with other departments and the ability to find a solution when there are competing priorities
- Knowledge of AMA style
- Understanding of the principles of production (print, online, broadcast etc.)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation
$115,000-$140,000 USD
