What you will do: Franklin Sports, Inc. is looking to hire a Content Designer.This position will assist in the creation of digital assets across all brand divisions and help catalog assets via the workflow of all processes related to digital asset creation.This position will be paramount to building a strong brand message for all e-commerce channels.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the industry, experience designing for digital platforms and e-comm, and a solid understanding of graphic trends and industry standards.
This position is located at our headquarters in Stoughton MA and will report to the Director of Creative Services.
#FranklinFamily IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL: - Develop digital assets for use in all e-commerce applications.
- Create engaging photo and graphic stories to help create a strong brand presence on the "digital shelf".
- Analyze consumer behaviors and competitor assets in order to optimize our content for the best reach.
- Email/SMS marketing asset creation for static and animated content (GIF).
- Web design: Possible HTML, CSS, JS, & Magento.
- Design and build animations in After Effects.
- Engage with and provide insight into the photography process on as needed.
- Build Amazon A+ content.
- Photo and image manipulation, retouching, color correction, and clipping as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- 1-3 years of industry experience
- Expert understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
- Exposure to the sporting goods industry or e-comm content creation preferred.
- Portfolio of dynamic creative work
- Skills in motion graphics, video, or digital media, social, HTML, CSS, JS a plus
- Valid driver's license in good standing
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE: - Creative personality
- Good understanding of graphic design and experience building files for both print and digital
- Demonstrated hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite
- Possess dynamic portfolio of work within a variety of industries and disciplines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping keen attention to detail.
- Adaptable to creative direction and insights from team members in order to develop clean brand messaging across all divisions.

- Must be able to adhere to a high standard of quality while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of company personnel
- Understanding of the requirements for digital asset creation and implementation for internal use as well as external retailers.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY: Interact independently with internal and external parties, has the knowledge to make independent decisions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not supervise employees.
