We have an exciting opportunity for a bookkeeper to join an established finance and accounting team located near Oakbrook, IL. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask. To qualify, you must have 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

· Process full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Bank reconciliations

· Prepare general ledger postings, monthly reports, financial statements

· Research and resolve accounting discrepancies

· Provide additional assistance to accounting team as needed

· Provide client services as needed

Qualifications

· Accounting degree preferred or relevant experience (3+ years)

· Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel

· Exceptional communication skills

· Experience with large retailers

· QuickBooks experience is a must

· Ability to multitask

· Excellent time management skills 

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
