Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in full-charge bookkeeping and proficiency in QuickBooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing all aspects of the company’s financial records. This role requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with all payroll regulations.
• Manage tax filings and assist with year-end close activities.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare budget reports as needed.
• Assist with financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to resolve any financial discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with full-charge bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
