Locations hiring: Syracuse & Rochester, NY/Hybrid work arrangement possible
Applicant should have a background in:
private merger and acquisition transactions, including structuring and negotiating;
general corporate counseling, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and f- -
financing agreements; business formation and governance; and
experience working with closely-held and family businesses.
