We are currently hiring for the role of Inside Sales: Appointment Setter. Key responsibilities: - Your mission is to contact customers who have requested more information about the renovations we offer. You will only be contacting customers who have already expressed interest. (NO cold calling.)
- Your primary goal is to answer customer questions and schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with them and provide custom quotes for their projects.
- Record customer information, notes, etc in our CRM
- Send confirmation texts and emails
Here is what we are looking for: - Customer Service experience with Sales background preferred
- Strong work ethic with a Team Player mentality
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Punctual, sense of urgency
- Attention to detail
- High computer competencies, experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite preferred
- Ability to adapt to different personality types
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- This is an on-site position at our Oldsmar, FL office, not a remote position.
